Air21 2012 Delivery Rates

I’ve been with Air21 for almost 3 years now and noticed that the company ALWAYS increase their rates every 2 years. Here are the rates effective July 1, 2012, all inclusive of 12% tax.

Intra: NCR (Kalookan, Las Pinas, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Valenzuela, Quezon City, etc.)
1: Central/Southern Luzon (Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Rizal, Tarlac, Zambales, Laguna, etc.)
2: Northern Luzon (Benguet, Abra, Ilocos, La Union, Masbate, Quezon, Virac, etc.)
3: Visayas (Aklan, Leyte, Samar, Iloilo, Bohol, Capiz, Palawan, Siquijor, etc.)
4: Mindanao (Bukidnon, Basilan, Maguinadanao, Saranggani, Sultan Kurdarat, etc.)

Its a bit steep right? Question now is, will you still send your packages via Air21? Leave your comments below and will try my best to forward them to the management. Thank you!

Reposting old FAQ’s from Air21′s Ask Billy Bilis:

  • Why did you change your rates?
We believe in improving our services to provide better, more efficient logistics solutions for our customers. Updating our rates is one way of ensuring that we will be able to provide the same quality of services expected of us.
  • How come your rates are more expensive now than before? What are the changes in your rates?
It has become necessary for us to raise rates for certain services and drop rates in others due to changing costs and market situations. This rate adjustment also includes smaller 0.1 and 0.5 kg weights for the Sulight Pouches, allowing you to save on shipping for lighter packages. Our Bigahe service is now more affordable than before.
