La Ropa Barato

After meeting Virtual Mae, let me introduce you to La Ropa Barato (its a Spanish phrase for cheap clothes). Its a local online store that accepts orders for customized clothes. All you have to do is find an inspiration/design from their catalog, give them your measurements, wait for a few weeks and… voila! Your very own “designer inspired” outfit: cheap and chic!

I love wearing shorts but I’ve been having a hard time finding them in my size and in a pocket friendly price. Thank God for La Ropa Barato, I can now wear Alexander Wang and Current/Elliot shorts worth ₱500.00 each!

Virtual Mae

In case you haven’t heard of Virtual Mae, its started out as a small store in multiply back in August 2009. And almost a year after its opening, you can now see their shoes in every fashion magazine in the metro. They specialize in custom made shoes inspired by those you see in the runway at a cheaper/budget friendly price. I’ve been checking the site now for months since I first spotted them in Stylebible. Check out their latest offer for the shoe-holics:

I was wondering why Mae Sergio didn’t give names for her shoes. This one’s called Style 522 Wedges (₱3500.00).
